I don’t know what the name of this flower is but they bloom all over in Las Vegas. I saw him for the first time when I first moved here will be two years come June 11th of 2016. They were growing all over the UNLV campus in the special garden that they have built inside the campus of the students take care of. They look like they’re from the agapanthus family and I know about those because those grow all over Southern California. They are a bulb botanically and the ones I had in my front yard in Orange, CA multiplied over time.
When I saw it against the backdrop of the tiny flowered bushes in the foreground, it had “picture” written all over it!
I hope you take a walk in your neighborhood and get an up close and personal view of the flowers, trees and personality in your neighborhood.
